ABSTRACT
In Chapter 3, we examined the Johari Window as a model that can be used to illustrate the advantage to the individual’s development of working with others. It is often the case that I will learn and develop through the relationship I have with others, but this can only ever be true if there is communication between us. As I share my experience and insights with others, and they share theirs with me, each of us will grow and develop in ways which would be very elusive if not impossible if left to ourselves.
