ABSTRACT
It is vital for employers to understand the psychological implications of a work environment on employees (Westerman & Yamamura 2007). Research has shown that employees working within an environment they feel fits them are more likely to be satisfied with their jobs than ones who feel they are not a fit with their environment (Westerman & Yamamura 2007). The way an employee perceives their organization is largely influenced by their expectations and values.
