ABSTRACT
The ability to forecast how key aspects of a project will develop over time is one of the project manager’s most important skills. It provides a way to anticipate vulnerabilities, that is, where and when uncertainty may upset the project plan. By anticipating problems, they can be dealt with more effectively.
