ABSTRACT
As landscape maintenance is generally labour-intensive it is obviously very important that the staff are organized to make the best use of their time, their individual skills and aptitudes, and the machinery and equipment they use. This inevitably involves some division of labour with each man and woman having their own special skill and task, although, ideally, being able to assist or stand in for one another whenever the need arises.
