ABSTRACT
As mentioned in the context section there are a number of enabling technologies that enhance and underpin the e-Government agenda. In this section we will explore, at high level, some of these enablers as well as touch on some new developments which show promise for the future but which either are too early in their adoption and take-up or have inherent problems.
