ABSTRACT

Evaluation is an essential and on-going process for managers. It is achieved by collecting data (measures of performance) on the demand for and level of use of the service, the actual response of the service to the demands placed on it, and the views of the users regarding its value to them. So data is collected that describes the service. We can indicate to others, our users and funders, what our priorities are by the choices we make about what we collect.
