ABSTRACT

Organizations comprise individuals who work together. The role of the team-builder is not to manage people as individuals, but to facilitate the group's management of its members. The objective being to obtain a higher level outcome than would be provided by the same number of people working individually. In teams, work and results are shared. Consequently, the team-builder has to improve co-ordination between the team members and get the members of the team to work together to deliver outcomes.
