ABSTRACT
A summary which discusses perspectives and limitations of a dialogue between constitutional economics and discourse theory has to compare the original goal of the conference with the outcomes. Has it been a dialogue between these two social science approaches? Was it a dialogue between constitutional economics and discourse theory or rather deliberative theory? Did the conference lead to an approximation of the two approaches?
