ABSTRACT
This chapter examines organizational and cultural factors involved in the phenomenon of passenger misconduct. The aviation industry has only recently recognized passenger misconduct as a threat to aviation safety. Although a significant body of research into the impact of organizational cultures on safetyl has been produced over the last couple of decades, little has been done to examine the link between organizational factors and passenger misconduct.
