ABSTRACT
Basic forms of project organization structure were introduced in the previous two chapters, where the importance of integration was emphasized – not only to coordinate the project tasks but also to establish teamwork and minimize or manage conflict. These issues become even more important in larger projects, with their more complex organizations.
