I once had a conversation with a nephew of mine. He said 'why did the 10 ton elephant walk on the frozen pond?'. 'I don't know - why did the elephant walk on the frozen pond?' I responded. 'I don't know either', replied my nephew, 'but it makes a good ice breaker'.
