ABSTRACT
Team working is a fact of life in today's organizations, and a great deal of emphasis is placed on being a team player etc. I feel that it has always been necessary to work in teams, and that this was of core importance in humans becoming Earth's current dominant species. For a few decades of this century the harnessing of technology seemed to obscure people's need to work in teams. After that era, the error of our ways became apparent and team working has once again returned to near the top of the training and development agenda.
