ABSTRACT

When running people development training, I always like to include some paired work as well as individual, team and large group exercises. In paired work, you can focus on communication, and in particular on questioning, listening and responding skills. I was introduced to Get Knotted at a New Year's Eve party when the impact of alcohol on our problem solving capabilities was only too apparent. Chris Lever, with whom I trained for many years, developed Drawing Backwards when we were looking for a different way to explore questioning and listening.
