ABSTRACT
The risk should be a little more specific than ‘we might be late’ or ‘it might cost too much.’ Risks should be expressed in a way that enables actions to be defined. It is better to say ‘we may need to enlist an expert’ or ‘extra tests may be necessary’ to indicate the probable causes of the delay or overspend.
