Nothing … nothing that passes into the black hole can get out nor can it be observed from outside the Event Horizon. It is not a physical surface; it is a mathematically defined demarcation. A rare BLACK SEA DEVIL anglerfish swims up from the black hole. It swims just beneath the Event Horizon. It stops.
