ABSTRACT
Chapter 7 covers the perspectives for applying diversity management in sports. These perspectives range from politicians and sports managers providing particular support to migrants and descendants in sports, through silent acceptance of diversity, to rejection of the idea that particular conditions should be provided for ethnic and religious groups in sports. This range of approaches and their possible consequences are discussed on the basis of case studies.
