ABSTRACT

At the end of the introductory seminars, the CEO and his/her executive committee lays out the master plan, designed to boost productive energy and to juggle negative energy. The presentation by the leadership should show what it has done to reform the core of the management system in order to make the whole organization more agile, and user-friendly, inside as well as outside the enterprise. The leadership should show a roadmap with checkpoints so as to make the program less daunting. The leadership also lays out the new organizational design, which shows the 5 value-chains; it assigns targets and means to the value-chains, which support the overall goals of the program of agile management innovation. Internal facilitators should assist in the first quarterly and semi-annual management reviews. However, from the start it should be clear that facilitation will be limited, and that the teams will have to develop their competencies.
