ABSTRACT
The world's greatest potential source of nondepletable energy is the radiation from the sun. Most of that sunshine falls on the oceans. This vast energy flux, plus a few lesser energy sources, produces a wide variety of energetic phenomena. In theory at least, each of these could be harnessed as a source of energy useful to man.
