ABSTRACT

This chapter demonstrates actions of people to improve leadership communication skills, such as creating and communicating a compelling vision for schools. School leaders can demonstrate actions that they have taken and are currently taking to Ofsted or ISI to improve leadership communication skills, such as creating and communicating a compelling vision for schools. They will also drive better results through a stronger parent-school partnership. Work out for each audience what school leaders want them to do and why. In other words, define the concrete actions school leaders want them to take. This is one of the most important parts of the action plan. Ideally, school leaders need an ongoing process to measure success in order to spot issues and address these quickly, or similarly, to celebrate successes rather than wait for the next quarterly measurement survey.
