ABSTRACT
If Labor is to succeed early in the twenty-first century, it must invent new processes and forms, not merely rearrange familiar old ones. Labor's goal has to go beyond conventional modernization, the end state of the Cyber Gain model. It has to reach toward its own transformation, a thorough-going renewal that makes possible the craft and power it will need to hold its own.
