ABSTRACT
Five major change-agents, four of which I discuss in the body of this chapter-4he AFL-CIO, international unions, Central Labor Councils, and local unions--and another, female union activists, whom I discuss in an essay immediately following-have a major contribution to make if labor is to do more soon with computers. I write in admiration of their present efforts, and with high expectations of what they can go on to accomplish.
