ABSTRACT

This chapter helps the photographers to learn about the author's personal approach, from seeing to capturing each story in a frame. Ile Saint Louis, the island on the Seine located directly behind the famous Ile de la Cite. Parisians frequent the park benches regularly throughout the seasons. Few people spend their leisure time daydreaming, reading or talking with others anymore. Photographer's eyes explore the frame, but their attention quickly comes back to him. There is a lot of public display of affection in Paris, and the riverbanks especially offer great photo opportunities. Photographing an iconic landmark in a new way is a challenge every photographer should undertake. Fortunately for the street photographer, the moment they include a human element in their frame, they have a photograph that no one has ever taken before and no one will ever take again. Les Colonnes de Buren offer amazing compositional opportunities for the street photographer.
