ABSTRACT

This chapter offers an overview of the many crimes domestic and foreign-connected terrorists may be charged with committing, including the provision of material support of terrorism and cyberterrorism. The chapter focuses on a series of constitutional, statutory, and federal rules of particular relevance to the trials of people charged with terrorism, e.g., entrapment as a result of a sting operation. The last section pulls the threads of the chapter together through a close examination of a particular terrorist case.
