ABSTRACT

In Chapter 3 and Chapter 6 we focused our discussion on project management and time management, respectively. Our purpose was to make the reader cognizant that both project and individual management are important for a completed task. In this chapter we move even more toward this completion goal with a discussion on engagement. Here we concentrate on how the leader of the organization communicates to the sta• and other people involved with a project so that everyone is supporting the vision of the leader. In essence, we concentrate on how to maximize energy so that a task is completed with the least resistance.
