Sun Tzu made it abundantly clear that “seizing opportunity without hesitation” is expected of a leader. From his comment, it reasonably follows that for any opportunity to materialize, the process begins with a manager’s mind-set, which becomes the starting point for developing a strategy action plan. The mind-set, then, is the driver of actions.
