ABSTRACT
This chapter is about putting the rubber on the road and keeping the improvement pedal to the metal for the long haul. Some organizations may have brilliant strategies, but fall down during the Deployment Planning, Execution, and Sustainability phases of continuous improvement. Deployment Planning provides the much needed answers to the why, what, where, when, and how of continuous improvement. With the sustaining infrastructure, Deployment Planning provides continuous answers and feedback about how to keep continuous improvement continuous and on track.
