ABSTRACT
Manufacturing overseas not only gave a direct reduction in production costs, but it also supported improved company profits through market expansion opportunities. But once domestic business started to recover, it became an aim to stimulate stagnant domestic industry. The domestic recovery of manufacturing technology through domestic location of manufacturing industry and prevention of advanced technology transfer overseas began to be discussed as part of the global strategy of companies.
