ABSTRACT
A few weeks after Max Fisher commenced work as a pharmacist at Community Pharmacy Limited, one morning Dianne Watts, the manager, invited him to the small tearoom. After he entered the room, she closed the door behind her. In the room, the area manager (nonpharmacist) and another pharmacist who accompanies the area manager were waiting for him. Max had no idea what the meeting was about. Without exchanging greetings, the area manager said, “We are here to look into some issues raised by your staff.”
