ABSTRACT
The area manager, Jeremy White, of Community Pharmacy Limited instructed the pharmacy manager, Dianne, to cut overtime altogether, as the pharmacy had exceeded the overtime budget. Overtime was spent mainly on dispensary staff who were trying to cope with a huge increase in prescriptions from the medical center, which has extended its opening hours. Because it was a dispensary issue, Naomi, the regular pharmacist, accepted the challenge to resolve the issue.
