ABSTRACT
The techniques and tools used in strategic decision forecasting (SDF) are applications of widely known, systematic, effective, and practical methods. They are procedures used to accomplish the SDF team’s specific goals and objectives through activities that require specialized knowledge, experience, and skills. Tools on the other hand are instruments that have been found to work well in getting tasks completed and produce reliable SDF solutions when applied correctly on a consistent basis. They are valuable instruments used routinely to carry out the responsibilities of the SDF team in the most effective manner.
