ABSTRACT

The astrological Age of Pisces, which is symbolized by the two fishes in the Pisces glyph, provided Jung with an archetypal ground for his views on the psychology of Christianity and the problem of the opposites when there is a splitting between good and evil. This chapter comprises Jung’s discussions on the symbolic significance of the procession of the equinoxes in regards to the shifting values and perspectives of the Christian era and modern life.
