It has become much more fashionable to complain.

The Government encourages complaints about healthcare.

The media repeatedly provide programmes about poor healthcare, and advertisements for the ‘where there’s blame, there’s a claim’ culture stimulate dissatisfaction.

The advent of no-win, no-fee arrangements.
