ABSTRACT
Anxiety This is a modern day ‘plague’, which robs us of our peace of mind and is often used to
describe a specific set of symptoms. No two people display exactly the same physical
or emotional problems; we all react very differently depending on our individual
make-up. Most anxious people describe a distressing feeling of uneasiness or dread.
The fear may be rational, irrational or of an anticipated event which may or may not
take place.
