ABSTRACT

The NHS is a vast and complex organisation that encompasses an incredibly diverse range of professions. All staff members are required to interface daily with people from very different backgrounds and with very different roles. From junior nursing staff to consultants, from secretaries to business managers, from techni cians to site and services managers, the NHS brings together people in a myriad of relationships with the purpose of providing a healthcare system that meets the needs of patients now and in the future.
