ABSTRACT
Cesar Pelli once said, “I am a strong believer that as one moves toward the future, the strongest and clearest way to do it is if you have a good sense of your past. You cannot have a very tall tree without deep roots.” Now we first scrutinize China’s rural land system and then analyze cases of rural land transfer to provide a theoretical basis for management model innovation and policy formulation of land circulation.
