BEFORE another issue of this Review appears, Ma.nkind will have set up another of the landmarks by which they note the roads of History-a century will have closed, memorable in many aspects, but so far as these pages are concerned, memorable as one of those turning points in the affairs of women which have appeared at long intervals in the march of all civilised races.
