ABSTRACT
In tbe working up of tbis meeting the part taken by the organisation of the Associate Scbeme was invaluable. The various Associate centres beld meetings in their distriets to further the meeting, be it by tbe scattering of cards, by difIusing information, by enlisting helpers ; with results whieh furnish proof positive of the vaJue of these local organisatio;ns in getting quickly at the public.
