ABSTRACT
The editor has well understood his task, and has arranged his Annual so as to bring in a great mass of material of value in gauging the extent and methods of the various organisations, which variously work out the new movement. Some fifteen pages are devoted to lists of local associations connected with the Fabians, the Social Democrats, the Independent Labour Party, the Labour Church, &c., &c., and a concise history of each of these groups is given from the pen of some prominent member thereof.
