A GENTLEMAN.-In a case which lately came before the Police Court at Woolwich of a quarrel between a husband, who belonged to the "Peculiar People," and his wife, it was stated that " before staying away froffi home he came to fetch bis clothes, saying that he should leave her for ever. She clung to him, and said, 'Where you go, I go,' but he thrust her away. He was too artful to strike her; he was not gentleman enough for that."
