ABSTRACT
The Westminster Review for October contains a good, though very brief article on the Women Ratepayers' Right to Vote, &c. It points out, that 60 long as society refuses to admit women to a natural and healthful political action, it cheats itself of the full advantage which should come to it from their moral and intellectual progress.
