Systemic approaches for evaluating training

In Chapter 4 we looked at traditional, approaches to evaluating formal learning interventions and identified a number of weaknesses. Before starting to describe a systems-based approach to such evaluations, we need to look at how they need to be able to deal with the major weaknesses we identified in existing approaches.
