ABSTRACT
At about 8.30 a.m. on May 15th, when in North Corfu Channel, HMS ORION and HMS SUPERB were fired at from Albanian shore batteries near Port Edda. About 12 rounds were fired, calibre about 4”. Shooting was erratic and some rounds fell very close. There were no hits and fire was not returned.
