ABSTRACT
Despite the resurgent debate, most ‘new species’ principals stuck to their guns. Peter Brown used his science blog to deny the modern dental work contention. Along with the expected degree of ridicule, he offered somewhat poor quality CT scans of LB1’s mandible in an attempt to refute the clear digital imagery that had prompted Maciej’s suspicion. In turn, Maciej rejected Brown’s refutation as ‘inadequate.’
