Some artifacts were too infrequent in my pits for reliable statistics. I decided to ask Ki-dok if I could record the artifacts from his pits by the same system. I couldn't add them to the random sample, but they would enlarge the descriptive power of my study. He was agreeable, providing I would teach him my methods, which I was glad to do.
