ABSTRACT
Some researchers, who are newcomers to phenomenology, run into problems when they present their work to others who are not familiar with the methodology of phenomenology. It is difficult to deal with questions that arise from confusing the methodology of phenomenology with other social or human science methodologies that are based upon very different assumptions. This chapter reviews some common conceptions and misconceptions.
