Problems in the Research Process book
Everybody who carries out research encounters problems during the process, and you will be no exception. It is best to tackle problems as they arise and not wait until near the completion of the research, when you might get into a panic. Don’t forget that advisers are there to support you; other faculty members who have knowledge on the method or topic might also be able to help. Problems can usually be divided into two main groups: academic difficulties and personal issues. These are not always completely separate; they often overlap.
