ABSTRACT

In Section 1, I talked about how our economy has changed and how our world is now experience driven. In Section 2 you learned more about your visitors: what they want from your organization, how to influence them in your favor, and how to shape your brand to support your experience. We examined the critical importance of your staff members in creating a memorable experience. You may have already done some of the exercises from Sections 1 and 2 with your Experienceology team to improve your understanding of how visitors relate to your organization. Now it’s time to look at your site itself—from your visitor’s point of view.
