roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy

For this recipe, a previously constructed small ham from a production of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever was recycled to create roast beef. It was constructed by laminating five layers of rigid extruded polystyrene foam, which were approximately 4” × 6” and then were shaped into the form of a small boneless ham. The original ham was created in less than three hours with dry time. Repurposing food props is a time-efficient approach to create a new item.
