I told you in the introduction that this book was based on an academic study in the social sciences. Let me also confess now that it will include supplemental scenarios and examples of “bad behavior in the workplace” such as bullying, sexual or psychological harassment, and abusive supervision. This is to provide you with the most comprehensive set of examples of what NOT to tolerate in your organizational culture. I’ll give you potential responses and remedies to these doozies from a managerial, human resources, and ethical leadership standpoint at the end of each chapter.
