ABSTRACT
There lived and dwelt an old woman and her daughter. The girls all went bathing. They bathed and swam and when they got out, the daughter had a beetle on her dress. They all got dressed but the beetle wouldn’t get off her dress. Then he spoke to her in a human voice. “Marry me and then I’ll give you your dress.”
